The 1st Modular Model Community Project is located minutes .5 miles from 7th Street minutes from downtown Phoenix.  

VillaReal Villages Jones Street Project consists of a single two-level building of twenty-six (26) stacked modified sea-containers.  Each unit is configured with 1 Bedroom 1 Bath for a total of 320 Square Feet of efficient living space.
